Because we are using the Snapshot version of debian, we can’t apt update and apt upgrade. Refer to the official documentation:

Snapshot images have an expiration date, and can be made apt updateable by replacing the sources in /etc/apt/sources.list, but we can’t guarantee that the system will still be stable or even bootable after updating; see
