HELLO! I’ve been using my favorite device enc1 v1 for a long time, and after updating it to the latest firmware, I can’t log in because the main login screen is just a blank page and there’s no option to enter a username or password. I tried updating the firmware using a USB flash drive, but the update message doesn’t appear and nothing works. Please help.
