The Android TV remote doesn't work on the virtual keyboard

Problem Description:

We installed Android TV online via an SD card, and found a Bluetooth remote control that basically fits most functions when using it.
But when you type on a virtual keyboard, you can move the cursor over the letter, but nothing happens when you hit the OK button. Have you ever seen that?
Do you have a good Bluetooth remote control, please recommend?
