Please help me to clarify the follow technical problems:
Using Windows 10 and RobotStudio 2.0
CP210X with serial enumeration
I am doing the test with Robot Studio, but I can not detect the RPLIDAR A2M12
the driver was installed, the Port COM3 is working and detect.
I only see green light (Slamtec logo) for a short time, when I connect the USB cable to my PC.
I can not see my device in Robot Studio.
I don’t observe the sensor rotating.
I have purchased the device via Amazon, Germany. What about the warranty for this product?
