After the recent firmware update, my LinkPi ENC1 V3 encoder started outputting video in yuvj420p. When streaming this into FFmpeg or Owncast (which relies on FFmpeg), it immediately shows warnings such as:
deprecated pixel format used, make sure you did set range correctly
Since yuvj420p is deprecated in FFmpeg, this creates unnecessary errors and warnings in the workflow.
For better compatibility, it would be ideal if the encoder output was standard yuv420p with the correct color range tagging (TV/limited or PC/full).
Can you please confirm if this change was intentional, and if future firmware updates can provide an option or default to yuv420p? This would avoid deprecation issues and ensure smoother integration with modern software.
