The device cannot be flashed via SD card; the green LED is constantly lit.
We have already tested various images and several SD cards.
The LED is not flashing at all, only constant green.
We suspect a hardware defect and request a replacement/repair. Thank you.
What type of SD card are you using?
Did you perform a deep format on the SD card before flashing it?
Additionally, you can boot from the eMMC first and then use terminal commands to inspect the SD card. Typically, you need to identify the SD card device first, then check its partition and mount information. You can use commands like lsblk, fdisk -l, parted -l, and df -h.
