Hello. I’m using the LinkPi ENC1-V3 model. Unfortunately, I can’t configure it to receive NDI streams that come from other sources. The names are shown in the Source List, but there is no image after clicking Select.

If decoding doesn’t work, one possible reason is that your NDI stream is in FULL NDI mode, but our device only supports NDI HX format.
Please try to change the format to NDI HX before decoding. See if it can be solved.

Thanks for the advice! I managed to get a stream converted through NDI Bridge. But it’s worth working on the delay. I’ll try to find another source of NDI HX.
Having the same problems. Just got a valid NDI license and still can’t decode an HX source through NDI Bridge. I can see my source just fine on a computer with NDI Monitor so I know the source is valid.

Hello. Authorization only affects the length of use. It does not affect functionality.
Is this source of yours an OBS output?
If yes, you should input the source from OBS to NDI Bridge, then NDI Bridge outputs NDI | HX.
