I received my enc1pro a week ago and have been playing around with the encoding settings but for some reason the audio encoding seems stuck at 32kbps. I have updated the enc1pro firmware to the latest version:

Unfortunately, the issue seems to persist. Please could you help. Please see the screenshots below of the current encoding settings
