My device does not work. It will not allow or connect to computer.
At first I had to figure out how to get to the settings and change to english. I used google translate to aim my phone to do that.
It now just stays on the main screen. It shows the IP address. It was one IP address 192.168. etc… at one time…but i experimented putting an ethernet cord in the LAN port and now the IP address on the oled screen reads 10.0.00 etc…
Either way when i typed that on a computer i use…it shows nothing, It connects to nothing.
I then realized I needed another connection of the box to the computer…the eSATA port.
So i bought am eSATA cable that connects in the port of the device and usb to computer.
Then tried to connect to computer again by typing the IP address. No.Still does not work.
How do i access the control page of the online feature for the box or is my box just defective?
