Browser in Lichee RV 86

I have a Lichee RV 86 SBC with a 4” screen that I would like to display a web app on. However, I am unable to get the default browser to work.

Has anyone had success getting the included browser, Deluge, to work?

Yes, I have read over the Wiki and a few other resources I could find searching the internet.
There was nothing I could find referring the web browser.
